Checking in from Spartanburg South Carolina! So excited to be preparing for an amazing free Father’s Day concert with the Spartanburg Philharmonic Orchestra and the superb Sarah Ioannides at Barnett Park!
We are doing a concert full of my favorite pieces from FilmSong as well as some patriotic tunes to celebrate all the dads out there. For once I am not hopping a plane and dealing with jet lag- just a 3.5 hour drive with our little 2yr-old Lily watching Frozen over and over again!
This mamma is back in the saddle after the birth of our little man Weston and so anxious for upcoming gigs in the French Riviera and Amsterdam!
Checking off bucket list travel destinations one concert at a time ; )
Life has been quite busy as a new mamma of two, but I finally feel like I am hitting my stride. Keeping track of a toddler and 5 month old sure does keep me busy. But luckily I have my tricks….. if they are misbehaving or I’m trying to get their attention all this singing mamma has to do is open her mouth and let out a little bit of “Let It Go” or “Do You Wanna Build A Snowman” and they both listen up!
I did a really fun live TV performance today with the local Studio 62 and Jamarcus Gaston. Check it out here:
Hope those nearby can come check out the FREE concert and enjoy the snow cones & vendors to! So glad my kids, dear friends, and hubby can come as well! From Disney to Titanic to Middle Earth it is gonna be a Hollywood Celebration ; ) Not to mention my AMAZING pianist and dear friend Jon Werking is coming from New York to play! It’s gonna be killer!
Checkin out for now- will keep y’all posted with the next gig in Monte Carlo at the end of the month!
Thanks for all the continued support!
